Ok, besides all the emotional stuff I'd like to take a break from that to let you all know...
Yesterday marked my 6 month anniversary of being 100% raw. I was going to post today because I thought it was today, but I misscounted. Kind of irnoic that I got extremely emotional on my goal date ha.
Anyway, just wanted to let you all newbies know that it IS possible. Take it a day at a time. My first goal was a week, then a month, then three months, now six months. My next goal is one year.

Isn't it wonderful to watch your bench mark get longer and longer? First 1 day, then 1 week, 1 month, 6 months and now you bench mark is a year. Soon it will be a life time. How exciting!!!! When you hit a lift time, you'll know you made it a life style change!!!! Yea!!!!

Thanks everyone. I was thinking this morning. Whenever I make a huge accomplishment I don't seem proud of myself, like "it's not good enough" type thing, probably b/c i'm never told that someone is proud of me. I should be shouldn't I!?!? ANYWAY as for changes, I guess there are more than I realize since I'm dealing with more health issues that the doctors doni't even know what it is. Most of the positive changes are from just removing my sensitive and allergen foods.
No more full blown migranes
No little arm bumps (on upper arms and a little redder than skin color)
No more gas
No mucous drainage
Havn't been sick yet (that real test will be in the spring though)
Not falling into a coma for 3 hours after meals
I know there are more reactions that are no longer there, but I can't remember them!
I'm still fine tuning my diet, but I don't think that'll ever end! I just removed salt hopefully permanently and I'm feeling better today with more energy.

Well, I am very proud of you! You are a strong beautiful woman. You should be sooo proud of yourself. You are the one person that should really matter. Love yourself, be proud of who you are and who you are becoming. You will receive so much more love from others, just by the love you show yourself.

I told my parents and my mom just smiled and walked away. My dad when "hmm" and rolled his eyes :( but you guys are right, I shouldn't base MY happines on their responses. Not that you all said that exactly, but I got the message
