For lunch I have done the following.
I cut the corn off 2 cobs and put in the blender with water to make a soup. Then I added the corn from another cob and some peas.
It is nice and filling but I do not know if I will be able to eat it all.

This recipe sounds so yummy! I too like the flavor of the veggies by themselves. However, every once and a while I crave some spice, so I'll def add RP suggestion to the bottom of the recipe card I'll create for this one. Thanks for posting! :)

I found this very good too once when I had it, but I made what as SAD I would eat normally, a bowl full. But raw, I can't eat much of it at all. Just a few bites and I am full.

I know that you are right but I am trying to experiment with mono meals and have not found very many suitable ones.
Had 3 mangos together yesterday and an entire meal of cherries the day before (but suffered afterwards).
Any other mono meal suggestions. I know it is boring but I will transition to it.
