Ezekiel bread?

I just saw this used for sandwiches on a raw blog. Is ezekiel bread raw?

There have been threads on this before and I recall that the conclusion was that it is not raw.
It is not a bad transition food but not raw.

But there is a recipe out there to make your own raw.
I do not recall which of my many books had the recipe, but I know it exists.

I will look around when I get home if no one else posts with the answer...
