Dr.Natura and Fasting Symptoms.

I'm sneezing like nobody's business!!! I have a runny nose and any movement I'm sweating like I've never before in my life, I've Never broke into a sweat, even while working out. I must be detoxing!!!! This is a trip! Anyone else noticing this or have? Am I actually detoxing, this is all new to me.

Hi, like I posted on the other thread....... YES, when I'm using Dr. Natura colon cleanse I have detox symptoms like I do when I'm fasting. My tongue is all white, mucous in my throat, sneezing, mixed moments of extreme fatigue followed by great energy, restless sleep, acne, etc. That cleanse is awesome!! Not to mention I've visibly gotten rid of worms (about 3 weeks into the cleanse) and who knows what else! I'm not really overweight, maybe about 10 lbs, and I've lost inches off my sides/love handles. That happened in the first week of the cleanse. I didn't even "recognize" myself when I put my hands on my hips. All because of backed up bowel movements that finally came out.

rawhonney, do not worry. you are in detoxing. You are being cleaned. I experienced a lot of fever, cough, flu-like symptoms. They will be gone for sure.

I am on day 13. I did two times of a bit elimination, drop 3 pounds in one minute.
Hang on there, all you experienced will become blessing,
Try to rest as much as possible, a lot of liquid..sleep if you can..

Rainbow, aah you're so sweet for reassuring me everything will be alright. I appreciate your advice on resting because @ one moment I'm very tired/sleepy and then after resting I'm energized, its going back and forth. I'm very happy this is working, now I want to see some worms/parasites and those long thingys.
Oh and good luck with your cleansing!!! I'll check back in on changes.
