My daughter made us Alissa's Carrot Pecan Burgers. Everyone really liked them. We also had a green salad.

A big greek salad (with non-raw olives), some raw trailmix and a banana for dessert.

Dinner for me is usually one or two Barley burgers, (which is Alissa's meatloaf recipe in a burger shape), with some kind of bar-b-que sauce or hot sauce, or hot salsa with some lettuce and tomato, sometimes in a pizza wrap like a burrito or taco.
If you take the pizza wraps, and make them really thin, and leave them soft, they make a great burrito wrap, if you make them thicker, and dehydrate them until they are crispy, while folded over then they make a great taco wrap.
I really like the taste of these, as most raw bready things have no taste, or some yucky taste to them. The pizza wraps are really tasty, not too much salt, and have a good texture to them.
I use them with lettuce and tomatoes and pretty much anything I want, also good with falafel (Alissa's recipe) and tahini dressing, with lemon juice and garlic, and parsley added. yum.
