how long does durian keep?

i just bought some durian! :D
there is so much. i LOVE it but find i can only eat a small amount at one time. i froze some but i'm wondering how long the rest will keep in the fridge -- anyone know? TIA

I love durian! But it's so filling and rich, I also only eat a little bit at a time.

I put the pieces into airtight containers and then into the fridge - okay for a good week. I also freeze it, I like the texture it has when thawing.

I also like to puree the flesh and put it in small portions in the freezer, great for smoothies or as a treat when it's hot outside.
