Hooked on Raw by Rhio is pretty good. Tonya Zavasta is coming out with a new book of recipes, Beautiful on Raw. Serene Allison wrote Rejuvenate Your Life, which is good.

I've found Shazzie's the best, they're simply, delicious and she is a fantastic person.

raw food primer is good. everything in that one that i have tried is yummy. it is small (you can take it with you), pretty easy recipes, great artwork. the avocado heaven is just that. the caraway crackers are staples for me and the raw marinara was my first raw dish ever!

The other Boutenko's books (Valya's & Sergei's in particular) are great.
I'm also waiting for K. Knowler new book, it'll be full of easy and delicious recipes, The Fresh Network (and I think NFL too) will sell it from may, 2005

You can get a copy of Serene's books by going to http://www.aboverubies.org and click on the books link on the left hand side. Slide down till you see her book REJUVINATE YOUR LIFE. She also has a book of recipes using coconut oil. And she has a tape set where she talks about raw foods. ALL great stuff! While there, sign up for the free Above Rubies newsletter which has articles from Serene as well as new recipes once in a while.
Blessings, Paula

K. Knowler is the co-director of The Fresh Network (UK), her book will be available from May, you can read an interview with her on raw guru's site,
she's a fantastic woman.

I like "Living in the Raw" by Rose Lee Calabro. Lots of easy recipes ... good salad dressings and vege salads.

I have bought, read, and given away or sold so many, probably bout 50.
Alissa's is by far the best, as far as taste and ease of preparation, and variety.
Victoria Boutenkos, and Valya and Sergis' are great too, 12 steps to raw food, and Eating without heating--one of my favorites.
Rhio's-- Hooked on Raw is great, some of my most favorite recipes in there, the portabella stroganof, oh boy.
