Hey anyone use the Para? It's orange silicony type thing? Anyone used it? Is it better than the regulard dehydrator sheets?
I dont want to use parchmant. But I read somewhere how the food stuck to the paraflexx sheets? So Im wanting more info on it?
Thanks!

I just started a thread like this recently. The teflex are the old line of sheets. Paraflexx have replaced them and so far they work great, no sticking.

I spent a lot of money on the new orange silicone sheets and they are terrible. Everything sticks. I'm going back to the old teflex.

Yes, they're heavier, orange-colored silicone sheets.

you can't buy the teflex sheets anymore, so be happy if you have them, you can't even use the word, it's trade marked now.

Very interesting development... I wonder why the change?

I don't have any brand name parraflex, but my non stick sheets are orange siliconey! I LOOOOOOOVE THEM! They work amazingly well, they don't degrade with use in any way, they are thick and sturdy, the food REALLY DOES NOT STICK!!! they work great, I can't say enough about them, and one of the best parts IMO is that they don't have TEFLON like teflex.
They rawk!
BTW I just bought large rectangular sheets at a bakers supply and cut them to fit. they were reasonably priced. They are just the same as brand new after lots and lots of use.
