I'm curious to see if your experience was like mine. I was full-blown SAD with Taco Bell, brownies every day (like half a batch!), etc - then went on the Master Cleanse for 30 days. I lost 23 pounds - 5'2", started at 181 lbs (3 months after baby #5).
I transitioned immediately into 100% Raw, not eating ANYTHING SAD - and it's been two weeks. I've lost 1lb. While it's good I didn't lose any of the 23lbs I lost with the MC (they say usually you gain up to half of it back when you start putting real food in your body), I would love to start seeing the quick weight loss that most see when they start Raw.
I still have 30-35lbs to lose to get down to my normal weight...so it's not like I'm on the "last 10 lbs" that are so hard to lose, or anything.
If you went from the MC to Raw, did you experience quick weight loss, or did it slow wayyyyyy down, then kick in again?
