;)So yesterday I was describing all the benefits of raw to my hubby and told him I was going back to it, this time with NO justifications or deliberate slips.
When I reminded him of how relaxed I was just a month ago, he got all excited. He was thinking about a high melon and berry day I had and how I lost all my inhibitions.

I even remember how in just a few days of raw folks responded to me as if I'd lost 25lbs or something, must have been a glow and the lost puffiness in my face.

I even bought a short jean dress with the entire back out. This look is so not me, as I am to naturally and purposeful modest for such public nakedness. The dress was clearanced to $2 and I indeed looked hawt in it.

I also remember more heads turning than usual as I was strutting through the mall one day. The vain part of me loved this. The married part, jokingly thought shame on those fellas, especially since I had my toddlers with me.

Look out Beyonce the RAW me is coming out!!! ;)

When my spending goes up on clothes and things for myself, jewerly, haircuts, etc. -- I know I'm on high raw. Not only do I feel sexy, I feel like I want to travel on my own, get lost somewhere -- it's a very liberating feeling.

Yes absolutely. Even if I am wearing the exact same pants that I fit into when I ate cooked food, it's not about the actuality.. it's something inside..

something about feeling sexy with my natural curly hair, glowing skin, clear eyes.. FEELING slim, light and clear. Knowing I am treating myself to the best possible diet and lifestye.. or course I feel sexy and more confident

Right now, absolutly not. Sexy is the last thing I feel.
I was over my wind problems and had a large punnet of cherries for dinner.

This morning I am back to my usually sexy self.
Last night was pretty bad and was even accompanied by a few very loose movements before it cleared up.
I had zucini hummus on crackers for lunch.
I had 2 tamerillos at about 5PM and then I had that large amount of cherries at about 7.
Do not know what caused my body to react so badly. It was like having a very active baby inside kicking.
