Urine

Well, I've had the first day of my raw diet and all has gone well. A little headache earlier on in the day, and a throbbing ear (on the side I always have sinus/ear probs anyway) but was wondering.... I'm drinking loooooooads of water as well as smoothies and juices and my urine is usually quite clear as I've always kept up my fluid intake but it had gone really dark green. Do you think this is toxins coming out? I do hope so. Is nice to see all the baddies go!

Never heard of GREEN urine...I know it can turn red while eating fresh beets, so maybe your green smoothies are changing the color.

Thanks anyway. Luckily it seems to be slowly returning to normal. Must be the greens or detox. :D

GREEN COLOR URINE?? - THAT'S COOL!!!!!

It would be cool if my detox stuff would come out in different colors other than just plain yellow and clear. :D
