Silly question about flax oil

Ok, this will probably sound a bit daft, but I've heard alot of you mentioning flax oil. Is this the oil made yourself or do you buy it from the shops? If so, is the shop type actually raw, as have seen it over here in the UK in the chilled section in health food stores and was planning on buying some today or tomorrow. Thanks! :)

I use the cold-pressed stuff in the cooler section. I don't have the bottle anymore but it's great on salad :)

This oil should only be used cold. Do not heat it as it breaks down very easily and becomes UN-healthy instead.
