High raw and 100% raw escapades have caused more rapid hair growth for me which is awesome 'cause I usually only grow 1/4 in of hair per month. Also it seems as if the silver hairs are diminishing

Hey Guys..

I'm very grateful for finding the raw food diet. It has made a big difference in how I look and yes for a lack of a better phrase, my hair does feel sexy. I don't know how to explain it other way. I've experienced straight hair all my life so this is all new to me.

Yes this is a literal truth. Sexy and Raw is the same thing. When I'm not feeling sexy, I know I'm not being 100% raw.

This is my 8 month on raw and I've had my slipups the last couple of months hovering between 50%-80% raw. Lately I've been experiencing dry skin again and it's due to cooked food - it's been a real struggle to keep my skin looking healthy as possible.

Now I'm back -- with a vengeance -- those pictures remind of who I want and continue to be.

Yes I know what you mean Vgloveforlife.. and that's the fun part about being 100% raw -- recently a bloomingdales sales dept. girl gave me an employee 25% discount on a pair of expensive jeans/shirt without asking.. i had another stranger give me her personal pen for helping her with simple directions.. people will want to get to know me, do things for me, give me things for nothing, all because they think we have something they don't have.

It saddens me to see that people are eating un-consciously. Their purpose with food only is to 'fill their tummy'. Next thing you see is they are sniffling with a cold and falling asleep at their desks.
