mmmm..

I had very little ingredients in my house, but I DID have, sundried tomatoes, a huge zucchini, fresh garden tomatoes, garlic, and a few other things so I made a lasagna. Wow, I thought it came out awesome! My guy liked it too, but was spoiled after Michael's lunch at East Coast Vegan ( Ok, who can compete with his amazing food!). But I was inspired and made my lasagna and a SAD inspired appetizer that BF used to love from a local Italian Restaurant. It's a sundried Tomato and Portobello mushroom thingy in a balsamic reduction. I was, like, I could totally make that raw! and I did! He loved it and said it totally tasted like the original. I'll send photos tomorrow if anyone cares. Ok. I get the night time munchies and will probably eat the lasagna. The best thing about raw is I can eat whatever, whenever and I'm usually ok, weight wise.

Thought I'd share,
g'night.

I'm patiently waiting for the pictures, but "IMpatiently waiting for that wonderful recipe as you shared the teaser. Can you please share the recipe as just never have enough? What veggie did you use for the lasagna and how did you slice it thin I assume? Thanks.
