Thanks guys! I don't have the book yet, but I AM going to buy it,that and the DVD.
I WANT to do the 30-day challenge . I did 2 weeks 100% raw, and I know I can do 30 days, but I'm still in the mental prep stages of this whole thing. Does that make sense?
