3 yellow apples cubed
2 Tablespoons raw almond butter
small handfull of raisins

mix together in a bowl and enjoy!!! :)

sounds yummy! Another yummy little meal is Chuncks of mango and diced onion and cubed cucumbers drizzled a lime all over them and mix together in a bowl. It is soooooooooooooo good!

MMMMM!!!! I'm going to try that this weekend! I also read a recipe of fresh corn with cilantro dressing that I'm going to try! I bet that would go great together with the mango/lime dish! YUM!

I have rolled a similar apple mixture in romaine leaves and it is delicious!
