Umm, embarassing...

This has happened for the past year and I don't know if it's just me or what. If I don't eat for 15+ hours and then I eat it uhh...goes right through me, and mostly water....if you know what i mean. Is it something I should be concerned about or is it a cleansing thing? The next day I'm usual (for me), but it's about 5 hours after I eat again that it passes extremely quickly. :eek:

Well, when you eat, it stimulates the digestive tract to start pushing. After a long time with no food, your body doesn't want to get rid of stool too quickly. But when you eat again, it's sort of like, "Oh, I can FINALLY get rid of this now!"

At least that is how it is with me. I get the same thing.
