I have discovered that I feel better the more fat I add to my diet. I feel like I run better and can get through my day better when I a lot of nuts/avocados. Does anybody else feel this way? Is eating too much fat bad for your health in anyway? Even though it makes me feel better I don't want to do something to hurt my health in the long run...I would say I get about 30-40% fat when I follow a mostly raw foods diet but much less than that when I follow a regular diet.

I've been maintaining my weight btw. It hasn't gone up or gone down. I wouldn't mind dropping 5 pounds but I wouldn't say weight is an issue right now.

I feel better and loose weight with more consistency when I deliberately consume raw fats. I've also not been sick ( cold and flu) for years.

I feel great eating avocados, but nuts for me are a different story. If I eat more then a few I get really fatiqued. I also feel great on seeds and grains, go figure!

It depends on where I get the fat. If it's from avos, I'm great, but if I eat a lot of nuts I feel awful :(

Nuts make me tired. I can eat numerous pumpkin seed though. I feel Ok on Avo's but never eat more than a small slice. Overall I try to keep my fat at 15 - 20% max.

If I eat nuts I do not gain weight but I will not lose any either even if I eat lower cals...go figure !

It all depends on what I'm craving. If I'm craving nuts and seeds and avocados and coconuts, I eat a lot of them and I feel awesome. If I'm not craving them and I eat them, I don't feel particularly wonderful. Usually I crave less fats and more sweet fruits but lately I've really been eating a bunch of pistachios and sun flower seeds and non-sweet veggies and I'm eating them so I feel on top of the world.

I'm a creature of cravings. Unless my body is screaming for a certain raw, vegan thing, I don't bother with it because I know it won't satisfy me. I crave new things almost every 1-3 days. It's funny. I've always been this way, even when I ate cooked.

I have low energy when I eat either too little or too much fat. It could be that you're just getting more overall calories with the fat, since it's so dense, and that's why it's improving your energy... I personally feel yucky and lethargic if I undereat (which is easy to do if you're not eating much fat, since fruits and vegs are so watery and fibrous).
