i made the peach cobbler
brownies (which i added a bit of cashew milk to mix better) therefore, it came out more like a firm mousse -- but very good!!
and.......... the caramel dipping cream for apples
oh, and the cheesecake was yummy
i am looking to see what other sweets and dessert i can now make!!!

the brownies were soooo easy, just
walnuts, pecans ground up
add couple dates,
i added a large FIG (bc i love them!!)
and cacao nibs - ground
i added - drop of cashew milk for substance
came out sooo good
