Given the deficencies in our food I would like to look into getting a mutivitamen. :rolleyes:

Can anyone recommend a REALLY good one. . .I dont mind paying a for a top quality one.

Greens like Alissa's & Vitamineral Green are good quality and raw.

Thanks that sounds great I just didnt think of her green stuff in that way and of course it is!
