I am so ready! Are you guys ready to go? For those who haven't read the juice fast thread, it is under juicing. I have asked others to join in beginning tomorrow. Some started today, others on Thursday, but I hope we support one anoter:

I am once again on bedrest, so I have set my bedroom up for my retreat during the day, and as not to impact my husband and his space, although he is very supportive. My large wing back chair is there for my 2 hour sitting time, and foot stool, music (I think everyone should have music in their bedrooms, it is so soothing), writing instruments to record my thoughts and my dreams, candles, foot tub, and oils for annoiting and blessing. I have a bible, a daily fasting study, and other books to read as well, and I am looking forward to it.
Some of my juice combos will be carrot+orange+banana+apricot
Cucumbers+Kiwi, ( good for high blood pressure), spinach+string beans+apple (good for diabetes) broccoli+kale+parsley+apple+celery (good for diabetes and low iron folks) cabbage+celery+watercress, grapefruit + cucumber + lemon+sparkling water ( a refresher and thirst quencher). Kirk has also posted some great recipes on the juicing thread.
I will be dry brushing my skin for circulation and stimulation of the lymphatic system and getting a full body massage once a week for four weeks.
