Depends on the problem, but ginger, peppermint and grated carrrot are all good.

Ummm...bad poopies <blushing> HA HA I have a 3 yr old so Im used to saying bad pooies for diarrhea Ive eating like 20 bananas in the last 3 days. Im getting sick of bananas even though they are so yummy

In that case, try the grated carrots and try to figure out what is causing the problem. If bananas aren't helping then it could be that you have a banana allergy. I should think eating 20 of any anything would be taxing your system when you have that problem. You do need water but you don't need much in the way of food. You should hold off on the food, except for very small amounts until you've had normal bowels for 24 hours.
And one thing I just thought of. Might you have undiagnosed diabetes? This same issue is what led to my diagnosis. High blood sugar causes the problem, then eating high carb foods like bananas only makes it worse. I suffered for about 3 months before it finally settled down. I got my blood sugar down but the problem continued for a while. Didn't seem to matter what I ate or didn't eat. Thryoid problems can also cause the same problem.

nuts may slow that problem down, but they won't fix the problem....
