Did anyone catch Sting on TV last night (CBS concert)....oh wow, he looked like 30 years old (I'm sure he's over 50?). I just stared at him with my jaw on the floor. I recall he was recently listed as a rawie? If so...he's a perfect billboard for what this woe can do for a person.

Depending on what you read, Sting is either totally raw or mostly raw. He's also deeply into yoga.
BTW I remember reading that he has never consumed alcohol or coffee.
He certainly is a good spokesperson for a healthy lifestyle.

Grrraaaaawwwwrrr :)
Sting has always been a favorite person of mine and I am not easily star struck. I went back stage at the police synchronicity tour and although I didn't get to meet him, he was really lively even after the show and certainly NOT hard on the eyes either :D
He seems to have always had that aura about him that was different than most people. I have followed and loved his music and his humanitarian efforts. He really hates being in the limelight but he uses his fame and fortune for far better things other than distructive, self indulgences.
I find his talent honest to his own standards (not those of the record companies) and his dedication to yoga and health very admirable.
I would love to hear more about his eating philosophies.
I could go for a few more people like this in the world :)
HEY WAIT!!!

Oh My Goodness!!! What a great picture!!! I didnt realize he was raw!!! He is one talented artist, perfectly respectable, and quite a good looking guy regardless of his age. ;)

Sting is such an inspiration, musically and spiritually. He just exudes confidence and calmness and pure spirit.
Thanks for the picture ;) 55 or not, he's darn tasty!
Yeah, he looks good for his age.
Lasting 30 odd moves in a chess game against Kasparov too (former world champ). Not too shabby. :D

Confidence yes but calmness I am not so sure of. My understanding is that the band split up because of his ego and arrogance. He may have calmed down now that he is raw.
I have to admit that he is looking great but I think that the DNA was good to him and gave him a head start on us mere mortals.

My friend's daughter is a yoga instructor with the stars. I know she knows Sting personally and wonder if she is his teacher. I won't see my friend for a few weeks so may not know that answer for while. www.rainbeaumars.com is the teachers website.
