What's for lunch?

I am having a beautiful salad (not nearly as lavish as Sharon's lunch, but it's pretty darn pretty!)

Spinach leaves
Kale
tomato slices
carrots slices
yellow pepper
cucumber
alfalfa sprouts
1/2 avocado
with Alissa's dressing

Yum!

I made a huge green salad with:

Leaf Lettuce
Baby Spinach
Alfalfa sprouts
Red Pepper
Cucumber
Raw pumpkin and sunflower seeds

I tossed it with Alissa's dressing and put it into a big dark blue pottery bowl. It was so pretty and tasted amazing. I'm finding out that I really love taking some extra time to make my meals pretty. I guess this adds to the conscious eating idea I'm trying to follow. :)

I can't wait until I have enough money to buy a digital camera so I can take pictures - I really love seeing pictures of other people's raw dishes too!

I am having a curry dish I made up a couple of days ago. It has sprouted barley, with raisins, nuts, bananas. The recipe was on this site a couple of weeks ago, I believe.

Then of course, I always have an assortment of fresh fruit.

My next small meal will be a baby spinach salad with several types of home-grown sprouts.
