it is tough to sleep, im tired by not really tired. So here I am and work is just 8 hours away, then Bowling..........yes I bowl

i am still planning to do at least 7 days but its getting harder. I keep drinkin water when i think about food.

my cupboards are empty..........whew!

oh well, ill get there and then next week ill try all the great recipes a Ive seen here and maybe some new ones from myself if i feel so inclined to experiment. At work I created a Dish called Bombay Chicken Salad (yes with chicken) my customers loved it.

I think I can recreate it raw using portabellas for the chicken texture

it had cashews, green onions, carrots, celery, cumin, garlic, salt, pepper & mayo. I can make a mac nut mayo or a tahini sauce to bind it.

creativity is high while on a fast.

i think i can make this into a raw masterpiece

anyone else want to try go for it, tell me what came about.

Peace all Bill

Hey Bill. I'm coming over to show you some love man. Its a trip how the mind starts kicking in with ideas when fasting. Your recipe sound good. I'm saving it for the future. Since you're a Chef, what other veggies can be substituted for meat textures? I appreciate your drive and answer ahead of time.

Thanks.

hi Bill,

You are very strong. I am encouraged. In fact everything weakening us is just mind. OUR body does not need the solid food. We have enough nutrition on juice. But Minds are cheating us and let us traped in tempetation.
Fasting has spiritual training effect.. When we conquer our mind, we will enter a real freedom paradise.

BE strong and peace and blessing to you!

olives i feel if you can get the flavors right

i tried to create an olive based taco meat, it was ok but not what i would put in my book when i do the book.

more R & D is needed. most of the raw olives i have tried are horrible. So this may take awhile.

i also have thought that dehydrating veggies first then trying to create a meaty substance might work do to the lack of water. havent tried that yet but will in the near future.

my Italian Napa Rolls have a cool texture, because i didnt soak the sundried tomatoes or almonds.

try them and let me know

Italian Napa Rolls
1. 1 C Almonds
2. ¾ C Sundried Tomatoes

Grind everything in the Food Processor leave chunky,
ADD:
• ¼ C Fresh Basil
• 1 Clove Garlic
• Salt & Pepper to taste
• 1/8th C Olive Oil

Again grind everything in the Food Processor leave chunky

Scoop into Napa Cabbage and top with a dash of fresh parsley
