My treats are dried fruit and I don't store them in the fridge but in tupperware and air-tight containers in a dark, cool place...is that ok?
i tried to keep them in the fridge a while back and it dried them out...any opinions on where is best? I do eat them all the time so they're not sitting around for an extended period...
Thanks!

Ummmm, dried fruit dries out? *giggles*
Best way to eat dried fruit is to soak it so it doesn't pull the fluids from your system so, no matter how you store it, it shouldn't be a problem.
Air-tight Tupperware sounds fine to me.

It is not good to eat too much dried fruit so I recommend that you gradually reduce it. I have almost given it up at this stage and will use up what I have but will not be purchasing more.
It is also recomended that you rehydrate it (as Revvell said) before eating.
And Brush your teeth afterwards because it sticks to them and does a lot of damage.
Sorry. I know that you did not ask for any of this info and probably know it all already.
