Hi,

How does the Pizza Bread (used as a wrap) in Alissa's book work out when used as a Pizza base instead for a pizza? The pizza recipe in her book with the 3 different crusts.. I can't do 2 of them due to the grains/buckwheat in them, and the other one (the easiest one - with flax) I just didn't like. So is the pizza wrap a good a tasty alternative, if anyones tried?

I have not tried this, but the pizza bread is delish so I'm sure it would work fine as a pizza crust. I would just dehydrate it a bit longer than normal to make the edges a little crispy.
