Finally, No PMS or Cramps this month. YAY!!

I am so excited!! I just have to share! I kept hearing about it and it finally happened to me!! This month was the first month after 2 plus years raw and one year 100% simple, high fruit, low fat raw that I got my period and had ZERO PMS and cramps!! I am so happy!! My periods did get better over the past two years, but this month was so easy! YAY for raw! I love it!!!

I suffer with PCOS and I had a TOTALLY normal period last month.. I am waiting this one to see if it is for real or a fluke.

SO many women suffer with PMS and I am one of them.

That is terrific news. I hope at some point I experience the same thing too. I have been raw for about six weeks now and it took me a few months to transition over to 100%. I have noticed that each month my flow is a little bit lighter and that my PMS lasts only for a couple of days when it used to last about a week. I used to have breast tenderness and would tend to get hot during the overnight hours and both of those things have gone away.

Audrey, thanks for sharing. It must be exciting for you. I can imagine. I've never really had bothersome PMS, but I'm waiting for my period to be lighter and eventually gone. I can't wait. Congratulations to you!
