Hey all..

Whats the diff between the dark light medium? Whats the major diff? taste? Minerals?

I don't know, I've tried the light, and I have a bottle of the dark in my cupboard, but haven't tried it yet, but good question.

I think it probably has to do with the plant its taking from, region, age.

I have used them both and do not notice a difference because I just add it to my icecream and it just sweetens and does not add taste.
I assumed that the light was a bit more refined.

I buy them both and have noticed a taste difference. The light is, ironically enough, lighter in taste, the dark one is heavier and to me, tastes more like honey.
