So whats the deal with raw soup? How warm can it be heated and still hold its enzymes? what are our fav soups ? And what kind of bread do you guys like with our soup?

You can warm to 105 from my understanding.

Hey NWgal,
Do you have a vita-mixer or power blender? You can fix soups in it and they get to a perfect eating temp just from blending. Alissa's Broccoli Cream soup is great.

You have to be careful to not warm these too much or you will heat them.
I boiled a few soups the first time I used my vita mix! :o

Yes, Dane! That's why I do not use a Vitamix at all! It "cooks" the food! It's really that powerful! :(
