orange cranberry spread

here is a recipe I had today as I was feeling sentimental for orange cranberry bagels.

mashed banana
orange zest
dried cranberries

Spread this over a flax cracker and top with lettuce or roll it in some lettuce only.

My mom always makes Cranberry Orange Relish at Thanksgiving.. it's just frozen cranberries run through a grinder, whole oranges again run through a grinder, and sugar. No reason why it couldn't be made raw by useing agave instead of sugar. Thanks for posting about your spread! Hmm... I'll have to try it.
