How important is it that foods be organic? Isn't if better to be raw with inorganic foods than to not be raw at all?? Comments please

I think organic is best, however it matters more with some foods than others. I've seen lists of which foods are best eaten organic. I don't have any links offhand. I know there are some here. Not sure where though.

I agree organic raw is better than non-organic raw... however for me, I would rather eat non-organic produce than eat cooked foods. It's my personal choice.

Organic is by far the best!

Conventional produce is doused with insecticides, herbicides and is nutrient deficient - guaranteed.

Avoid genetically engineered foods like the plague - papayas from Hawaii for example.

A fascinating book to read is: Empty Harvest by Bernard Jenson and Mark Anderson.
