Lentils

The regular big chain supermarkets stores that sell lentils and other things like Quinoa(sp)... are these raw and sproutable? I can't seem to find many lentils that are specially for sprouting online, so it just hit me.. maybe all lentils sold are raw and sproutable, even though the instructions on the back would tell you to boil them?

I have never found a lentil that didn't sprout....

That's great, it probably was a stupid question but I get very paramoid sometimes about what things are truely raw.

I'll get some tomorrow now and make the BBQ Chick Fingers!
