I really want to order from one place so I don't have to pay through the nose for shipping. Anyone know of one online store that has all these for sale?

Raw Cocoa Powder
Raw Carob Powder
Raw Honey
Raw Coconut Oil (I have raw coconut butter; do I need coconut oil or is it the same?)

Anyone?

Agave is used instead of honey.

Hi! I'm not sure of a store, but coconut oil and butter are the same thing :) It's just oil when it's liquid, and butter when solid

actually coconut butter is different
"Freshly made from the whole coconut flesh, this is a whole food, not just oil" From the lable of my Artisana Raw Organic Coconut Butter, it's thick and sticks to the roof of your mouth like peanut butter! One of the best things I've tasted!!!

coconut cream is made from the flesh of coconuts

coconut butter is the same as coconut oil, with is the oil of the coconut, it turns to a liquid/oil when it is warm, it is a solid/butter when it is cooler.

Okay, I'm glad you posted on this because I was about to. What form of coconut is best to use in a recipe, I'm sure the fresh coconut meat is healthiest, but to keep on hand for those times you don't have a coconut in the house. Is the oil or butter better? Are the baby coconuts the sweet ones? And if I use the meat or flesh from them, do I need to use the liquid with it? I guess it all depends on what the recipe calls for, but I'm thinking of cookies made with soaked oat groats and dates. Some recipe's call for shredded, cocunut, unsweetened and unpreserved.
Does anyone know if we could just throw in a few tablespoons of cocunut butter/oil instead, because so many recipes have so many different forms of coconut!!! Am I making to big a deal out of it? I guess I'm wanting to know what form of coconut you all prefer in your recipes. I read that drinking a baby coconut and then eating the flesh is good.
I'm throwing in this delicious link to coconut cream from Maraw's site. It looks so good, and I want to try it, but I can't get too detailed or I don't make anything at all and then I get tired of salads and fruit and fall back in to SAD. Sad is miserable, once you've experienced raw.
Sorry this is so long.

Alissa has all of these in her products/food store online except the honey. I buy honey from local farmers market.

On a side note I really want to try the chia drink. Sounds delicious.

AICgem, I looked at the product you posted about that is coconut oil and meat mixed. Raw coconut meat will become rancid fast. This product although it says it is raw also says no refrigeration needed. This sends up a red flag in my mind.

I think this is dried coconut, then grounded. Should be ok since there's no water. Tropical Traditions sells it: http://www.tropicaltraditions.com/c...concentrate.htm
Wilderness Family also sells it. http://www.wildernessfamilynaturals...onut_spread.htm

I've tried both of them and they are so delicious that I haven't been able to stop eating them, for more than half a year. I'm going to give Artisana brand a try.
