Hello all,
I am recently introduced to the raw food lifestyle for the past 1 and a half months, until recently i was 90% raw on most days and I slipped back to eating a full cooked diet, so I want to do a fast to restart my raw journey, does anyone have any tips for me about the best fasts to do, and please bear in mind i dont own a juicer!

I would read about it. There are some great fasting websites, many of them spiritually based, and regardless if that's right for you, they have a lot of excellent information. Also the book "Rational Fasting", and Gabriel Cousens writes quite a bit about it.
Next if you just want to start, look at your health, the reasons for fasting, and what you feel ready for. Personally I wouldn't recommend water fasting to anyone that isn't a serious raw foodist and experienced faster already, that's just me though. Many have great success with it.
I would start slow... do 1/2 a day. Then a day, then 2 days. Do you have a blender? Doing a blended food cleanse can be very healing and a great way to start. I would recommend easing into it with a day of blended food, then a day on juices, water, and herbal tea. Since you don't have a juicer, why not squeeze lemons, oranges, and grapefruit, mix with a little cayenne, and do that. I don't recommend the Master Cleanser because all the maple syrup isn't raw and isn't easy on the body either.
Fasting even one day a week is like a wonderful "reset" button for the body and is very healing.

initially i started fasting for weight loss. i would go on a water fast for a week feel great about the weight i lost and then bounce back to the same weight.
not good for my metabolism at all.
now i dont fast. i live on simple fruits and vegetables and nuts as a raw foodist and i started like this just turned 100 percent raw one day.
when i want to fast i eat only fruit for a period of time or only veggies. personally i think my body doesnt take too well to fasting. i m hungry all the time. might be because of my past history with bulimia.
as for you i would recommend juice fasting for the weekend and building it up from there.since you dont have a blender try eating fruits for a week.its fibre and good for you.
