Says it raw and organic

Any sneaky ingredients or preparations I should be aware of in this commercial bar that keep it from being truely RAW???

I had asked them and they said they're heated at 80-100ยบ.

It is going to depend on the ingredients and if they get them truly raw from their supplier. You may want to contact the manufacturer and see what they say about that.

I checked one on the site and it looks pretty easy to make at home using the same ingredients.

Yeah I thought about making at home too.

It seemed as if the bannanas and dates were the glue holding things together
I just don't know how these package items manage a reasonable shelf life without spoilage.

Kroger periodically sells them 10 for $10

While all other sell them for $1.89-2.50 a bar
