those are just three of whats becoming a good recipe book.'
I have to admit many raw recipes fall way short flavor wise, I am hoping that all my recipes will be loved for their flavor even before their health benefits.
I have done a mock raw cerviche, a raw hemp seed tahbouli, a mango, blackberry pie, and more. I will give any recipe I have to anybody who asks as time permits.
Funny about going raw is I am a cook of over 27 years, and its a huge advantage but since i am still cooking professionally its also a deterent.
oh well i hope all who try love the food.
eat well, live forever
