Why, when you buy almond butter from the store, do they always list just 'almonds' as the only ingredient but it seems every other recipe I've ever seen posted includes things such as oil, agave nectar, dates,etc.??? Does anyone have a recipe that includes just the nuts and thats it?? It seems like by the time you add dates, oil, and agave nectar you've got a desert, not just a nut butter.
