Watermelon Question

Has anyone tried using watermelon instead of young coconut. I'm thinking of using it in an ice cream recipe. Does watermelon do well frozen? Any watermelon recipes? :rolleyes:

Hmm, granita is what I think of. But it freezed like water. lol, very crystalized I've noticed.

I just love to put it in the blender and dink it like that, it's great on hot summer day this is one of my favs. I have frozen watermelon too and it makes a great slushy. Hope this helps, blessings Karen
