Ok ya'll,

I found a new way to make okra...dehydration!

Cut the okra long ways, about 3-4 times per piece. Add a little sea salt and a little cayenne if you like it spicey. Start early in the evening and by morning they are done. Very crispy, kinda fun to eat cause I love to crunch and it's pretty as well.

I am going to try this tonight - hubby is going to the store so I'll get him to get some for me. Just make enough for tomorrow.

Wish I would have read this before going to the store tonight! Okra is added to my shopping list now though - sounds great! I'll try it sprinkled with chili powder.

Now somebody needs to think up a way to make it seem like fried okra. I used to love that stuff.
