What's up rawsome peepz!!! Some of you know me on Roaringlionpublishing.com ( <----awesome site for those who don't know) and some of you know me from rawfood.com or eat.rawfood.com I should say. My good buddy Bryant posted on roaringlionpublishing awhile ago about a this Mucoid Plaque cleanse he did and sent out a bunch of cleanses to other people with testamonies.. I was blown away.. I received the cleanse awhile ago and man I'm almost done with the second day and have passed over 123 Inches of Mucoid Plaque.. encrusted fecal matter... I can't believe it.. I feel so great.... I too just finished the 3 day cleanse and I was simply amazed at what was inside me. If anyone is skeptical about the whole mucoid plaque thing I can certainly tell you that it surely does exist, I released about 8 feet of the stuff in the 3 day cleanse. This cleanse truely does what it says it's going to do , it was such a simple, comfortable cleanse and it's only 3 days. Bryant is such a wonderful person he is truely there to help people be healthy and certainly this cleanse is a wonderful tool to help with that. It was well worth the time and money. Hope this helps and also if you want to ask me any questions too please feel free, however I didn't take pictures but I did think about it.

The cleanse is called the "so easy cleanse"
You prep at least two days before doing the cleanse by reducing 50% of food intake the first day and 75% the second day.. on both days you should drink lots of water and stimulate bowel movement if you're irregular it's good to eat some cassia pods, prunes or prunes juice or smooth move tea, etc... it's also advised to eat fruits, veggies, greens for the food you do eat leading up to the cleanse as most of you won't have any problem with that.... any questions don't hesitate to ask.. I've had more than 123 inches come out after the first two days..

I hear you.. but it's money back guarantee... some cleanses last for 1 week up to one month long and range from $300 to over$1000 at certain institutes. I thought it was a little pricey too but your health is worth it especially after what comes out. If you can find a cleanse that works like this and can distribute it cheaper you'll be very rich....

Hi all, no this cleanse is not P & B cleanse thank goodness it is a really good cleanse and very tastey shakes too I might add,actually as far as a cleanse goes and I have never ever had results like this before and it's so easy it's just like doing a juice fast for 3 days Anyway. I have added the link so you can read the insrtuction manual for using the cleanse it also has the ingredients listed too. Believe me it is well worth the money I was a little skeptical at first too but it really does what it says it will do.

Also, I found this on the web at two sites - one was $150 and the other was $130. Looks like the same stuff.

I can't find any other documentation about it other than those two sites. I would like to read something from the manufacturer, ideally....

Veganman P&B is Psyllium and Bentonite shakes. as far as I know this product is new in the US it came from Japan. I wish I could at least show you the booklet that came with this product personally but it is the same info as I posted on the PDF file in my above post. As far as giving more information I suppose you could call the 1-800 # of the company that also sells this product. I'm sorry I can't give any further info, but no lies this product works wonders even my husband was amazed at the results (this is a subject he would never talk about in his words " you just don't go there I don't want to know" hands over ears LA LA LA LA LA!!!!!).....anyway he told his friend. Hubby came home form work and said I think you have someone interested in that cleanse you did can you call him he has a few questions so he is now interested in doing the cleanse too. I just wished I was selling this cleanse myself because this product by far would be a great seller once people see how it works. I think for the time being it is going to be a word of mouth thing just like telling people about how raw foods can be healing to a person, until you try you will never know but thats just my personal opinion. I just heard about this website from a raw buddy.. I can't be everywhere at once.. I try to stick with 2-3 discussion boards. Listen I was just excited about this cleanse because I just got off of doing it for three days and wanted to share with eveyrone. I have done these types of cleanses before and there have been discussions about it. I have not pooped out long strands of black material myself, but have felt that something 'bulky' was being eliminated.

There's some reading on the internet about plaque. And that it is the hardened powder/supplement actually coming out like a mold from being in the colon. Also I've posted pics from a medical site showing the inside of different colons, healthy and diseased that show no fecal build up.

However they never answered my question wanting to know if the material coming out of me was just the bentonite clay and charcoal/herbs and such in a hardened form. Since they never answered my questions, I am left to assume that indeed that is what came out of me, not fecal matter.

I commented on plaque before in another thread a while back.

I did the master cleanse in 2004 and got nothing out besides a few thin films of onion-skin looking stuff. I did not use any kind of shakes/powder/drinks, aside from the water/lemon/cayenne/maple syrup and smooth move laxative tea.

I did the Ultimate Fasting Cleanse, which comes in a kit, earlier this year. That one had psyllium shakes in it. After 2 days, I could barely get through my work day on the 2nd day of fasting and taking the vitamins and the shakes. I broke my fast at the end of Day 2. I didn't want to just waste the shake powder, so I kept taking them even though I was eating. Instantly, when I pooped, it looked EXACTLY like they claim mucoid plaque to look like. Once I finished the powder after 3 more days, my poop returned to normal.

So, I used to be a believer that there was all this nasty gunk in my colon, but after that...not anymore.

I found that first site that you listed very interesting and am reasonably convinced that this is a scam.
I recall reading here (dont know if it showed up on this thread) where someone claimed that she held the stuff in her mouth and it conjeeled and she suspected that this was what was coming out as placque.

Oh, by stuff I assume you mean the drink, lol, not the other 'stuff'.

Also one of the posters here left the drink in the glass overnight and it looked just like the rubbery substance that was being expelled out the other end.

If you notice on the quackfiles link, way down at the bottom there are a couple of quotes there from Dr. Doug Graham. I find many of his findings and statements to be truthful.

Hey that's great.. believe what you want but the proof is in the pudding and the feeling of encrusted matter being released out of the intestinal and colon tract. It doesn't bother me if you don't believe or feel it's a scam. I wish I could just give it away for free. When that person left the drink overnight what color did it end up turning.. because in my elimination I could see and feel the part of the drink that wrapped it self around the black rubbery material.. so part of it was like a greenish/yellowish color and the main parts were the black rubber material that I believe to be encrusted fecal matter... Growing up eating sad with all the gluten, perservatives, GMO, toxins, and whatever else that doesn't completely eliminate definitely can stick to your insides... gluten / glue ? sticky yuck!!! I guess one way to find out the truth of the matter, if you have the equipment and money, is to take pictures and samples of the colon and intestinal tract before the cleanse and then after the cleanse take pictures and analyze/test the fecal matter that comes out. I suppose it's easy to be skeptical... and you're taking advice from Doug Graham who I've found to be way off in a lot of his notions and philosophy but hey each to their own...

p.s. by the way fasting is not the same as doing a specific cleanse to get rid of mucoid plaque.. you may release a little bit.. but fasting alone wont' release everything attached and clogged in the intestinal and colon tracts... the master cleanse wasn't that effective on me either.. but again.. whatever works for you... as I said if you can come up with your own cleanse and want to share it with the world and do it cheaply that will remove such filth then do so and you just might make some decent money in the process... Excuse me for sharing my experience and insight with this cleanse I was excited, excited to know about another raw forum and to share my documentation..it just happened to coincide... blah!
