View Full Version : Freezing "Sour Cream"

I have a great recipe for sour cream, but it makes a lot

pine nuts (1 cup)
coconut meat from one coconut
coconut water (1/2 cup)
olive oil
salt
1/2 lemon juiced

It make about 1 1/2 cups......

Any thoughts on if this would freeze okay....
Anyone ever have any success freezing anything similar?
