just had to post a huge big THANK YOU for your post on smoked jalepeno cheese. I made this last night and it was nicer than any SAD cheese dip/sauce I have ever had. My SAD boyfriend even went wild for it and told me if I made dishes like this all the time he would have no problem eating RAW!! so that means a lot to me, its actually given him the belief that raw is not just salad! I am going to make the fajitas tonight so I bet they will be just as nice. I would urge everybody to try this its YUMMO!!!! ;)
