I wanna light crispy chip!

Is there such a thing, without the high heat of traditional SAD food? If I can get a chip crispy...it's still "heavy"....know what I mean? anybody try something .....light, crispy tortilla chip worthy???? I KNOW somebody knows....or maybe I'm dreaming :rolleyes:

I can't WAIT to try these! I don't have a dehydrator yet, so it will be awhile :(

How do you do the kale chips?

You just marinate the Kale in a little bit of oil and some Nama Soyou.. you don't need much of either for a big thing of kale just massage it in with you fingers. Then you dehydrate them a few hours until they are crispy. These are very good, but will not hold up to dip. I love 'em :)
