I was planning on making these today but realized I forgot to get oranges...can I sub lemons or limes somehow, or should I just forget the recipes until I have oranges?

I can't see why. I haven't done it, but its worth a try. May turn out great. Maybe fix a little that way and then try the mix for taste before you dehydrate.
