Will the recipes in the book be the same recipes that you currently sell as printed pages? I was thinking of buying some of those but if you are going to put them in a book with pics and stuff, I think I'll wait a few months and get the book.

Are you going to have pics of your tranformation and your kitchen and gardens in the book too? I hope you have a chapter in the book that is your biography, with pics of you throughout your life maybe. Hey, its your book and I think you are an interesting person apart from raw food.

The most interesting raw life story I have read is Angela Stokes', so something like this would be interesting to have in your book;

Hi Light Food, my agent sold my book "The Magic of Raw Foods" to Basic Health Publications, so they are calling the shots.

it will have 75 recipes, (my 16 uncook books, have about 500) and it will have some info on raw, and my journal up to a point.

that is it for this book, then I am also writing two more raw books,
Foods without Fire, which is the sequal, and my journey this time through the RAW rabbit hole, and lots more info about how NOT to go raw, LOL, and what to expect, then my next book is "From SAD to RAW" and it is specifically a transition book, on how to go raw yourself or incorporate more raw into your SAD family's diet, it is a two month plan on how to go from SAD to RAW, and how to make recipes more raw and more healthy each week, it is all about transitioning to The raw lifestyle,

Each book is a different way of looking at the raw life, as I've done this more than once, so different parts of my journal will touch different people.

The Magic of Raw Foods is already written and all, so no changes now, I'm not sure how many pics they will have, it is up to them.

The Foods without Fire, will be about some challenges that aren't often discussed in raw books, such as life changes, not just physical or emotional, but how so many people get a calling to teach about raw, or to leave their spouses or jobs, etc. it talks about all the life changes, that finally having some control over your addictive eating can do.

then the SAD to RAW, I think will be the one that most people will truly love, as the number one issue I hear is "How do I get my family to eat more raw, without giveing them big salads every day." it will be all my tips on how to add fresh raw foods into family favorites, and still make them taste great, and have them be so much healthier, simple things like incorporating nut milks into the diet, and raw granolas, and raw desserts, along with making tortialls, and fillings for pies, lots of great tips.

so, those are my current raw projects, but I also have some TV and movie and novels that I am writing too, plus other stuff, so I'm pretty busy most days, sitting at my computer, and now my assistant is gone, I'm also doing all the phone answering myself, plus I have just re-rented one of my rentals, LOL

so, I am very busy these days.

But it keeps my mind off what is going on in my life, so I love being a work-a-holic.

it works for me.

Life is too short to be lazy!!!

I've got way too much to see and do, I'm planning on my first vacation in 25 years coming up this Fall, have to get my passport, so I can go way far away, LOL -- so I'm really excited about that.
