Has anyone ever tryed making a dish with Callaloo plant?

:) I have a friend that's from the Island and she says it's growing in my garden.
I tasted the plant and it's very mild, she cooks with her Calloloo plants but can i eat them raw?

There are many different plants that are referred to as Callaloo... see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Callaloo and look at the pictures on the right to see which one you have.

:) I didn't see a picture of what is in my garden. I wish i could find a better picture of the plant so i would know what is.
Until then maybe i won't eat it, i want to be sure first.
