I just had this tonight (from Alissa's book - finally got it!) and it was so great. Very tasty and very filling.

These are soooooooo good, I agree.

I tried something new with this several days ago and am hooked.

Portobello Mushroom (I scoop out the gills)...

Then spread guacamole on it, top with spinach and sliced red bell peppers. It's VERY like a burger. So so so good.
