suggestions would be very much appreciated on how to make that yummy potato salad i keep hearing about........

the jicama is sitting right here.
just have to see what i have in terms of the rest of the recipe
i have green pepper, onion, carrot, spinach, cucumber, green onion,
any suggestions!!?? :)
