are raw soups good the next day?

I have made raw soups without leftovers so far.Will leftovers work with recipes that have nuts or avocado...it seems as if they seperate pretty quick. I would like to plan a dinner however, so I could have leftovers the next day. Maybe it would be okay and I could just shake it up before eating. Any advice?

Depends on the soup, but the ones I've had could just be shaken up or blended again and were good to go.

I always make enough soup for a couple of days & they've never needed re-blending.
